Happy Father's Day to all the wonderful Dads out there! And of course, a special shout out to the bestest Dad a girl could ever have (and my favorite boy in the world), my Dad!

I wish I was in Manila right now to spend this special day with him. If I was home, I'd treat him to a gastronomical feast of glorious Chinese food from his favorite Chinese restaurant, and make him eat all the dim sum he can stuff himself with!

I miss my Daddy. And suddenly craving for dim sum.

One of the problems I have with using analog film is that it takes time for me to finish a roll. I don't get to finish and develop rolls of films for months that I sometimes forget about it.

Not too long ago, I bought a bunch of expired Fujicolor Superia 200 35mm film from my favorite film shop at Siam Square. 90 baht for 2 rolls, not bad right? I put one roll on Elvis and after a month or so, I finally finished it. I asked the photo developer to cross process it just to see how they turn out. Here's some of my favorites from the roll:

A month ago, I came home from a business trip to a surprise sitting nicely on the coffee table. D, being nothing short of awesome, went out and got me the queen of multi-lensed cameras, the Supersampler, as one of his oh-so sweet "just because" surprises.


Despite being called a queen (and therefore thought of as a girl), I named it Elvis.
